Excellent work from the initial quotation through to the build. I initially dealt with Brett who took the time to come to site and measure out the project in detail, he discussed possibilities and listened to my vision, then guided me towards a concrete idea. I found the initial quoting stage miles better than the competitors. It was only after this I found out my best mate had already used GAP for his patio build, he also had great things to say. The pricing was reasonable (almost a rarity in 2024) and we went ahead. The schedule was agreed and communication was consistent all the way to completion.

We just had 2x existing patios removed to be replace with one patio, oh my. Excellent service, quality workmanship with a attention to detail. Very Very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend!!

We have been extremely impressed with Great Aussie Patios. We initially dealt with Eamonn for the quote; Adrian kept us informed through the Council approval process; Thelma was efficient with accounts; and lastly - but certainly not least - our installers James & Liam did a terrific job. They managed to preserve our fence creeper and the site was left clean and tidy. The whole experience has been positive and we now have a lovely summer patio area where we can overlook our pool and enjoy our garden. We highly recommend Great Aussie Patios.

Process was very seamless, sales very accommodating even after pool position changed they revisited site to remeasure and did their best to fit my needs. You may recall that whilst you were not the cheapest we were generally happy with the quoted price and in particular your attention to our requirements. Now that the job has been completed, we are delighted with the final product and believe that it is not only visually appealing but also extremely well engineered.
