The side of this house in Mandurah was very exposed to the elements. The before shot shows the area was nicely paved and a great area to sit on a nice spring day.
The owners wanted to be able to sit in this area all year round. They chose a classic cream Colorbond patio roof product to match in with the colours of the house.
A few rows of Suntuf Polycarbonate allows natural light to enter the patio area also. We do recommend a few rows of polycarbonate in most patios to help allow light enter the adjoining house.
On finishing the job, our installers are meticulous in cleaning up the patio area. We even cut back all the paving that had to be removed for the posts to be fitted.
